FEMALE Body - Broken Down (GO TO MY NEW ONE)

Description

Hello, everyone! I have taken all parts of the female body, and tried to demonstrate how to make them easier to draw. I will elaborate on each section, and even elaborate further, after that. (Side note, I apologize for parts of the paper getting cut off by the scanner).
FEET - The feet may seem hard to draw at first, and it will probably be weird to ask someone to stand (or sit) in a certain pose so that you can draw their feet. A tip I used was to a) use a mirror, and b) use a shoe. Shoes (sneakers especially) are great for this kind of thing, because they allow you to see the shape of the foot, and you can manipulate it however you choose. I'm not the best at drawing feet, but I managed to throw those sketches down, and they turned out pretty well. The first one would be if someone was standing with one side of their body turned away slightly. The second would be maybe a ballet pose, or someone stretching their leg, etc etc. The third and fourth are both walking, but different angles. Number five is like number one, but from the back (well, and in a mirror).
LEGS - Legs are fairly easy to draw, but may look a bit bland in comparison to other parts of the body, because of their simplicity. I usually add details on the kneecaps to give a little hint of detail. You can see all of the names on the legs, so I won't go into too much detail about those, but I want to focus on a note I made: Uneven is GOOD! That it almost always true when speaking about leg or arm positions. It is good to have a bit of diversity to your art, so that the viewer is interested, and it looks more finished.
HIPS/TORSO - Since this is a female body, there will of course be breasts. This is NOT pornography, it is merely showing how the breast works. The breasts may be different shapes than the one drawn, but that is one of the basic shapes. It may also change depending on if they are wearing a bra, and what kind of shirt they have on. You may notice the ribcage sketch, and that is what helps me keep the body shape without the girl looking anorexic. The bottom of a girl's ribcage is very close to the top of her pelvis, or hips. The hips may be any size, as long as their not TOO huge, but you can make a curvy girl curvy if you'd like. On he third drawing, I made her boobs a little bit bigger, to show what they would look like from behind. But, I want to go back to the first drawing, because there is something I want to point out. There are two arrows, and if you look closely, you will see that I went a bit farther than the pelvis sketch. This isn't telling you to do this, it is telling you to USE YOUR JUDGEMENT!!! You MUST be able to do that to be an artist. I first drew the hips, and thought that maybe they were a bit to small, so I went outside of the hips. I did this on purpose, just to make a point. Now, onto the next part!
HANDS - Female hands are usually slender, and dainty, and I usually draw them with little points at the end, to show feminism. You'll notice that it looks a bit like she is wearing biker gloves, but that is just the base of the hand. I find that drawing an upside down trapezoid, with a slightly curved top to be the most effective method to this. Also, when drawing knuckles, I find that the middle finger knuckle is the most prominent when you have a clenched fist. The drawing on the end may be used for just a clenched fist, or holding something about the size of a pencil, or smaller.
ARMS - Arms are mostly the same as legs, but on girls, they are smaller. If you are drawing a straightened arm, I recommend drawing a slight bump, or corner about where the elbow would be. If you make the pose with your own arm, you will see that on the inside, there is the same bump. This is very effective in making something seem more real, without too much effort.
FACE - I usually draw three basic things for the outline of the face when looking forward, or just a little bit tilted: the forehead, the cheekbones, and the chin. I do draw anime-ish people, but this should be true in almost any drawing of a person.

CIRCLED - If you see something circled, the size or shape of it may be changed. Again, use your judgement!
